NEENAH, WISCONSIN – Cobblestone Hotels has broken ground on the new Cobblestone Inn & Suites of Holdrege, NE.

The community of Holdrege came together today to welcome and celebrate the beginning of the highly anticipated new project, Cobblestone Inn & Suites. Many wonderful people were involved to help get this project moving forward and were present alongside investors, city officials, residents, and executives from Cobblestone Hotels.

“It is exciting for the city of Holdrege to see a hotel family like Cobblestone come in… Its going to be a great asset for the city,” said Doug Young, Mayor of Holdrege, NE.

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites will offer 45 guestrooms and feature the brand’s consistent amenities such as an onsite convenience store, complimentary high-speed internet access, onsite guest laundry, business center, fitness center, and a daily complimentary hot breakfast.

“After nearly three years of work – to date all risk and financial outlay – the project now begins in earnest by cracking open the earth. This is a big project for your community and were happy to get it started,” said Ron Tillery, Executive Director of Phelps County Development Corporation.

A variety of modern guestrooms will be offered including suites. Amenities are to include flat screen TVs, additional recharge outlets for electronics, microwaves, mini refrigerators, in-room coffee brewers, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, luxury linens, and bathroom essentials.
